The rapid fall of the two Grand finalists of 2022 opened the door to the 2023 flag. The Swans made it, just, but hadn’t much in the tank. The Cats were the bigger story in dropping completely out. Which of these two will bounce back? Both maybe. Grundy and Adams, if he stays fit, will certainly be a big addition to the Swans. Both offer great inside work, essential on the tight Swans ground.

Lions are a brilliantly put together team. Maybe need one more key intercept. When Frampton kept Andrews quiet it felt Lions were missing another option such as Pies have with Moore and Howe.
