Dugan scored 1 try in 19 games at fullback in his 2009 rookie season and that was the only reason i didn’t include him.

Top 10 NRL rookies of the past 10 seasons

You couldn’t really say Foran’s rookie season in 2009 was outstanding, he started in 8 games and was benched in manly’s qualifying final against Melbourne. Although he did score 6 tries in 9 games which isn’t too bad, but i just feel 2010 was more his year when he teamed up with Trent Hogkinson, now that was outstanding!!

haha can’t get away with anything on here… *ruptured was the word I was trying to type… although I am happy with leaving it the way it is.

That was Leon Bott, he was playing for manly marlins at manly oval, he actually raptured the Randwicks players spleen.

A refreshing start for Souths is a crying shame for loyalty

He played the in the second row in the whole 2014 finals series as captain.. if you were worried about him not playing for the whole 80, why didn’t souths just make him and Inglis co-captains? did Souths really have to take the captaincy away from their club junior? I’d say Glen Steward would play at lock not Sutton..

A refreshing start for Souths is a crying shame for loyalty

Souths never won a grand final with Jimmy Lisle as captain and before 1967 they hadn’t won a grand final since 1955, I can’t see your point with that argument . Didn’t souths win the grand final last year?? So wouldn’t you say it was a master stroke having Sutton as captain, using your theory?

Yes I am implying his chancers are slim and I do think it going to tough for Hayne to make in the NFL. The point of my article was to outline how tough I think it will be for Jarryd, not to blow out his candle. If i was lie and tell you how easy it is all going to be for him and how he will walk straight into an any NFL team with ease, wouldn’t that just belittle his achievement if he does make it?

Hayne continues to attempt the impossible

2 games in 2013 is hardly making Steve.. Do we say that Hayne has made it as an NFL player if he just runs onto the pitch a couple of times or is Jarryd Hayne a better athlete to expect more??

Hayne continues to attempt the impossible

Hooper who?? haha. Mate I like it, but I do think signing Luke is a tell sign that manly has lost Matai or Foran or even both…

Hayne continues to attempt the impossible

I totally agree with everything you have both said Lynch and joe, but I feel Hayne has got his heart set on playing in the Running Back position, he has just started to train with a Running Back coach in Clarence Shelmon. I think you’ll see Jarryd start out as maybe a kick return and try his luck in the RB position later on.

Hayne continues to attempt the impossible

thanks mate…

Hayne continues to attempt the impossible

I totally agree with giving Hayne a chance, I just wanted to outline how difficult this will be for Jarryd to succeed in and if he does I think it should be noted how high of a mountain he climbed.
