I sent this in to The Roar yesterday morning haha!
I only wish his termination came earlier…so much damage has been done…JVS would be a good stop gap, but I think we need a fresh face for the next season.
Goodbye Johnny boy, sadly you won’t really be missed.
John Aloisi it’s time to go
It’s a results driven business…you don’t get them, you get sacked
Incomprehensible how he survived a losing streak of this nature…
BREAKING: Heart sack coach Aloisi
Good read! Look at reception he received at Perth Airport. Clearly a positive signing for the league!

Sorry Craig, the A-League needs more players like Gallas
Best Everton team I have seen in my time as a Toffee fan
Provided we hold on to Baines and Fellaini we will be a threat to the top 4…or at least keep hold of one (Baines more essential)
Mirallas is going to take the league by storm this season!
Jelavic has looked good all pre-season.
Top 6 again this season.
2013/14 EPL season preview: Everton
Awesome read haha
She has sold out 🙁
Channel Ten's gain is A-League pain as Mel McLaughlin makes switch
I have stated it is early days, but to have such a promising start is very encouraging. The Swiss League is better than the A-League and if he is getting REGULAR game time in this league that is the key. If he warms the pine then he is worse off than an A-League player, but for me starting in this league is a step above the A-League.
I think this new role suits him and he will continue to excel. I thought he was far more consistent than Amini (who has gone missing) and Montgomery…but Rogic was well above him, however he does have talent.
We can only see what 2013 does for his career.
Bozanic emerges as the Socceroos bolter
Well they play either a 4-2-3-1 and 4-1-4-1 formation and Bozanic sits just off the striker, they must rate him highly giving a new signing such attacking freedom.
Formations of their games.

Bozanic emerges as the Socceroos bolter
The man is too talented to be sitting on a bench 🙁
Still as dominant as ever at Fulham.
Not a happy salmon.
Chelsea deal a win for both Schwarzer and Socceroos

Melbourne Victory must bolster A-League squad
Gold! Great article!
The World Cup does this to people. Devout, single-minded followers of other codes are jealous of this event…the greatest sporting event in the world…give me your AFL/NRL grand finals, but they are laughable in comparison.
I’m a follower of all codes. The World Cup sits above all. Embrace it, don’t attack it.
Let the shots at the Socceroos begin
This sums up the man perfectly! LEGEND!
These Socceroos are willing to put the public first
Lucas was extremely humble, but all of them were! It was amazing.

I was as big a fan as any! He was a darling of Australian football, I have a Leeds jersey of his. Sadly in his latter years he has burnt any bridges with he had with fans. I cannot respect his attitude anymore. He has still tried to live off his glory days.
Sadly it’s all about me, me, me. He can sway my opinion, but now it is hurt.
Sorry Harry, you’re just no longer that Kewell
Yes you are right, mixed up club with country.
Would love for Tom to stay at Celtic Park long enough to make a name for himself there!
Tom Rogic next in a long line of Celtic playmakers
Sad I.Crook was simply out of his depth. No matter what results they got, Sydney F.C were without a doubt the worst team to watch in the league thus far. They had no cohesive game plan and really kicked in hope. Formation was all over the place, and even Stoke in the EPL are easier viewing. Feel sorry for him, but now ADP will be given some support in a new game plan and formation.
Crook's departure detracts from a stellar round
This is the best Everton team I have ever witnessed in my time following them…since 2004 I have been a Blue and this team is far better than that 2004 side. Our team at full strength is world class and can match any of the top 4 maybe bar Chelsea…
Mirallas is a real star and x-factor and is a match winner, as is Fellaini. Just need a fit Jelavic and Gibson and watch out.
P.Neville was a good leader but now is a liability…it’s sad to see, but it happens.
Howard, Baines, Heitinga, Jagielka, Coleman, Gibson, Osman, Fellaini, Pienaar, Mirallas, Jelavic is my preferred XI.
Fellaini prominent in Everton's early season EPL success
Another 3 points… enough said. Jelavic will push for top scorer.
English Premier League: Contenders and pretenders
Everton are contenders for top 4 my friend…we have a far better squad than 2004…a squad that actually boasts depth is something we haven’t had for years…I am very bullish. Definitely top 6, we have had a great start, we are notorious slow starters and fast finishers, these early points will seal our spot in Europe. Jelavic is world class.
English Premier League: Contenders and pretenders
I rate this signing very highly! That 2002 Japan generation were some of the best footballers to ever come out of Asia. Ono was part of that golden generation, playing a key role. The guy is all class. He is coming from the J-League which is a class above, he is not a ‘glamour’ name as such, but a very ‘unique’ marquee. He will no doubt have a cult following, he will win respect from the mainstream fans. A big name Asian marquee player can only be a positive for our league, any extra exposure is a winner in my books.
Konichiwa Shinji Ono!
Ono is a good signing, if his body can hold up
Money + Low Tax Rates + Greedy Socceroos = Reasons why they play in the Middle East…
We are not going to develop another Kewell or Cahill with our players going to the Gulf.
Not good. Not healthy at all.
Mark Bresciano encouraging influx of Australians to the Middle East
Great read! Agree 100%…Sainsbury oozes class and looks like a future 50+ cap player.
Made a great move going to Holland and will learn to play the ball.
Williams – Sainsbury combo would be my pairing. Spiranovic is the next best, I feel Wilkinson is not part of the future.
Sainsbury's star rises with Socceroos
