Football can be an unpredictable game and with a solid defence and a counter attacking style against teams such as Spain and Chile it could prove quite effective. No doubt Australia will not win the World Cup but so do 31 other teams in the tournament. Providing necessary experience to younger players such as Rogic may enable more foreign players to play in the A league.

Chelsea are a very strong team, but I believe that due to ageing stars such as Terry and Lampard facing decline; the club has not fully regenerated its attacking and defensive solidity. Chelsea have been intelligent in acquiring young talents such as Hazard, Oscar and Mata but they need to purchase a stronger defensive pairing then Cahill and Ivanovic. Attackers win you games, defenders win you titles.
