Do you think Goss ought to have been penalised, Kit? It looked bad the first time but on second viewing, while he moved out of his line fractionally, Sagan also moved onto his wheel at the same moment, making it look worse than it should have been.
Tour de France Diary, Stage 12: Millar wins first Tour stage in nine years
Always wondered myself, do the mountains or the flat stages wreak more havoc on the participants? Seeing yesterday’s massive pile up really does make a case for the latter.
Tour de France Diary, Stage Six: Sagan takes win number three
Matt Goss, forever the nearly man this season.
Tour de France Diary, Stage Five: Greipel wins two in two days, Evans well placed
Sorry but unless they want me at expert level, I’m committed elsewhere.
Tour de France Diary, Stage Four: Greipel takes win amid chaos
I’ve been told it’s a horrendous painful process. Kit’s just found a way to enter his own personal nirvana and ascend fairly safely into the higher levels.
Tour de France Diary, Stage Four: Greipel takes win amid chaos
My bad, I didn’t spot that. The man’s in tip-top form then.
Tour de France Diary, Stage Four: Greipel takes win amid chaos
Or the fact that he was right out front of the peloton?
Tour de France Diary, Stage Four: Greipel takes win amid chaos
Hahaha just read his post-race tweets. Something about bouncing well once again. Hilarious.

And Bernie Eisel attempting to look brave during the interview with that nasty cut above his eye, telling the interviewer he was fine. Was that Cavendish who was bouncing around the ground right in front of the crash during the slow-mo replays?
Tour de France Diary, Stage Four: Greipel takes win amid chaos
Man, that last crash looked terrible, bodies flying everywhere. There’s a miracle someone wasn’t seriously injured.
Tour de France Diary, Stage Four: Greipel takes win amid chaos
Told ya Cav didn’t need a lead out team. Man’s close to unbeatable in bunch sprints, always seems to find space even when there seems to be none. Mark Renshaw could learn a bit of that from him, unfortunately.
Tour de France Diary, Stage Two: Cavendish back to old tricks
It was always going to end up that way. But an amazing sight nonetheless, to see the Maillot Jaune accelerate from the pack and drive for the line.
Tour de France Diary, Stage One: Sagan victorious in Seraing
For me, what was interesting was Denis Menchov’s time. You know how unpredictable a rider he is, and having entered this year’s TdF with little fanfare, he just might be the dark horse of the Tour.
Cancellara shows he is still the man to beat
I love Boasson Hagen, not Sagan. Think it’s a little too early for Sagan, who’s your favourite I might point out.
Cancellara shows he is still the man to beat
What was that they kept saying about Cadel? That he’s a master at limiting losses?
Cancellara shows he is still the man to beat
Cancellera is a time trial beast. Should never have doubted him, no matter his form in the run up. And yes, this is me eating humble pie, though I did predict Tony Martin’s mechanical haha. Great work, Kit!
Cancellara shows he is still the man to beat
Well he did blow away the field during his National Championships. I think that’s a statement of intent.
Tour de France prologue could be anyone's
Tony Martin’s already said he’s going for stage wins, specifically in the Prologue and time trials. GC is just a bonus if it happens, apparently. What with him having said he’s at 95% readiness at the moment, with the possibility of getting another 3 or 4% soon, I think he’s a huge threat for the prologue.
Tour de France prologue could be anyone's
Anyone else tipping the dark horse Peter Sagan? Kit, can he give Cav a run for his money on debut?
Team Sky's 'balancing act' is manageable
I think Cav has shown he is more than capable of choosing the right competitor’s wheel when it comes to bunch sprints. A sprint train is still handy of course, especially like the old HTC leadouts on the Champs Elysées, but with no dominant sprint team and trains getting swamped like in the Giro, letting the Manx Missile duke it out on his own would make sense.
Team Sky's 'balancing act' is manageable
Any chance of Roberto Ferrari receiving a censure for that bit of careless riding?
Giro d'Italia Stage 3: Live updates and blog
Not looking good for Phinney. Suspected broken ankle looks like. Such a pity.

“Flat as a tack, the flattest of the flat, as flat as flat can be.”
You’re funny, Kittel Harvey.
