A fitting recognition of Phil's great commitment to Rugby. He has remained a stalwart for Uni and the Tahs, as well as being a Wallaby great. Pity Rocky didn't learn a bit from his time with Phil (and Chris) at the Tahs. On the other hand, no-one will have any expectations now. Freedom is going with the money. I don't have to say it, but give it your all Phil! You embody the best aspects of the game.
