Professional baseball is making a comeback in Australia. With six sides from the six major cities in Australia competing, it has the potential to restore baseball in Australia.

With support from the MLB the ABL, the league has some serious potential and I look forward to what happens.

While I live in Tasmania I will be keeping an eye on what happens and hope to go to some games throughout the season. Tickets to games are only $10 an adult ($12 for reserved seating) and the roster follows the MLB format with four game series between teams over three days.

The season kicks off at 7:30pm on the 6th of November and the Blacktown Olympic Baseball Centre between Sydney Blue Sox and the Canberra Calvary.
