NRL Rivalry round wraps up tonight when the high flying Manly Sea Eagles make the long trek too take on the wounded Wests Tigers. Join us from 7pm for lives scores and updates
The Tigers season is in tatters. Their main man, Benji Marshall, is leaving them for Rugby Union at the end of the year and they need to win all remaining seven games to be in the semis, starting with Manly tonight.
What an achievement it would be if Benji (playing his last game ever at Cambelltown Stadium) and Robbie Farah (in his 200th game for the Tigers) can upset Manly and begin a charge for the finals.
Manly are on a roll winning their last three matches (over Parramatta, cowboys and the Titans) and currently sit fourth, poised to join the Storm at equal third with a win tonight.
Despite a challenging season the Tigers have won two from three this year at Cambelltown. Their last two wins came first at this ground against the Raiders and they then beat the Storm at Leichhardt. Manly haven’t been at this ground in 15 years.
The absence of star prop Aaron Woods is a blow for the Tigers.
Despite the possibility of a dramatic Tigers return to form and finals charge, I’m expecting this to be a training exercise for Manly.
They are grand finalist regulars and have all guns firing at this stage of the season which is a scary thought.
My Prediction: Manly by 30+ but prepared to yell and applaud if the Tigs can pull off a miracle.

Greg is the better centre, but he's not a centre.

Disagree, but even still, not hard when only 29 countries are ranked in the world for League. Inglis and Hodges all the way! :P

That's all she wrote. Manly were typically strong and the result was no surprises in the end. 18-36 Manly comprehensive winners. Farah played hard, Marshall and Anasta ordinary
