As promised last month, I will continue to compile the monthly updates on the best attended and highest rating games of football in Australia for August.
I previously broke down the July ratings and attendances to give an insight into the television and live popularity of our different football codes.
As can be expected, the Super Rugby final tops the ratings list with the rest of the top 25 made up of mostly AFL and NRL games. The attendances list is dominated by AFL fixtures.
