Australia have wrapped up the women’s one-day international series against the West Indies in style with a comprehensive 121-run win at Bowral’s Bradman Oval.

The visitors were bowled out for just 127 in their innings, with Megan Schutt taking a career-best 4-18, while Ellyse Perry claimed 3-23.

Earlier, Southern Stars captain Meg Lanning top-scored with 84, while all-rounder Perry hit her fifth successive one-day international half-century in making 74 not out.

The win wraps up a 4-0 clean sweep of the series, with Australia having also won the recent Twenty20 series by the same margin.

Their imposing total was set up by Lanning and Perry, who combined for 17 boundaries and two sixes to continue their great form across ODI and T20 series.

Jess Johassen also smacked 38 off just 25 balls to close out the innings.

It was Perry who took the last wicket, sealing a dominant series win over a West Indies side who never looked like competing against the Southern Stars.
