Melbourne United are out to continue their unbeaten start to the season when they take on the high-flying Perth Wildcats in a top-of-the-table clash at Hisense Arena. Join The Roar for live scores from 7:15pm (AEDT).

With both teams coming off impressive wins last weekend, this game is shaping up as one of the highlights of the season.

Perth should be brimming with confidence after their come-from-behind victory over a strong Illawarra Hawks outfit last Sunday.

While the Wildcats have been able to maintain a consistent roster over the last few years, the addition of Nathan Jawai to has added another weapon for coach Trevor Gleeson.

Concerningly, both Damian Martin and star import Casey Prather remain under injury clouds and will need to complete a medical prior to tip off.

Melbourne United have been started the season with five straight wins.

Chris Goulding has proven almost unstoppable at times, while Majok Majok and Hakim Warrick provide a dominant inside presence that Perth will need to contain.

While opposition teams have run with Melbourne for periods, their unparalleled depth has allowed them to break away for large scoring runs late in quarters.

It will take a full 40 minute effort for Perth to get the win, however they have the experience and ability to get the job done on the road.

In saying that, expect Melbourne to have too much firepower across the board in what is shaping up as a potential grand final preview.

Prediction
Melbourne by five in a high-quality fixture.

Can Perth halt Melbourne’s undefeated start to the season or will Goulding and Warwick have too many tricks up their sleeves for this tough Wildcats outfit? Join The Roar from 7:15pm (AEDT) for score updates.
