This is probably the greatest ice hockey celebration you’ll ever see.
The Calgary Hitmen’s annual ‘Teddy Toss’ tradition took place again this year and it was bigger than ever before.
The fans threw a record 28,815 plush teddies onto the ice, which were collected by players and volunteers then sent to children’s charities over the Christmas period.
The bear-invasion inspired Calgary, who went on to win 2-1 over the Swift Current Broncos.
