On February 7, the much-awaited 2016 Super Bowl 50 will celebrate its Golden Anniversary in Santa Clara, California.
The country’s biggest football event will be played at Levi’s Stadium, the home of the San Francisco 49ers. The main event features an epic showdown between the Denver Broncos and the Carolina Panthers.
In anticipation of the main event, the sports channel’s Sunday pre-game show – The Other Pregame Show – will be televised live on the CBS channel.

There is some merit to your comment, but in 10 years it will be completely incorrect. Primarily because the NFL is probably the best team competition in the world. As an AFL fanatic, rugby supporter for life and EPL observer, the NFL, as a pure competition, is so much better than all of them. I couldn't begin to count the number of crazy endings, ridiculous upsets and "holy crap" moments (my two year old daughter routinely says "holy crap" when the NFL is on - yes I am the world's worst dad) I have seen in just this season. The competition is so close, the play-making and athleticism so extraordinary, and those things combined with the game being designed to have important moments every 3 or so plays, makes it the best sporting competition to watch in the world. In this ever globalize my world, it will get its due recognition.
