Harry Kane leads the pack on 25, followed by Jamie Vardy and Sergio Aguero both on 24. Kane is currently the favourite to be given the famous award.
The fixtures are in favour of his club, Tottenham, also. Round 38 features Tottenham Hotspur versus Newcastle United, Manchester City versus Swansea City and Leicester City versus Chelsea.
Swansea, who are currently in form, can cause a last match upset for the sky blues. However, the Blues definitely possess the capability to defeat the champions in the final round.
Kane and his whites are favourites to beat Newcastle United, and it is likely that Kane can seal his golden boot by netting in the last game of the season.
