Sevilla probably deserve it more as they've had a far better season playing in Champions League and qualifying for the Copa del Rey final (which at least guarantees them Europa League group stage next season).
However Liverpool really need to win this to re-establish the club as a European heavy weight and it's their only realistic way into Europe next season (and they want to make Champions League so they can mock Man United).
Whoever wins I think this game will go to a penalty shoot out where it's anyone's guess.
