Hopefully Spurs directors are patient, and it appears they are. Pochettino has created the foundations for a memorable era for Spurs. He now needs a couple of seasons to build upon those foundations. It will be refreshing if Spurs stand behind their man, both for themselves, and for English football. And let's face it, the latter needs every bit of help it can get!
