WATCH: Kurtley Beale stars in Wasps debut

By Roar TV / Roar Guru

Kurtley Beale has produced a man of the match performance in his long-awaited debut for Wasps in the English Premiership.

The former Waratahs and Melbourne Rebels inside centre has been sidelined with an injury since arriving in England, but wasted little time injecting himself into his sides 32-17 win over Connacht.

Beale made an instant impact for Wasps, scoring an impressive try within seven minutes, before being sent to the sin-bin before the 20-minute mark.

The 27-year-old capped off his debut with one of the passes of the match to set up his teammate in the corner for the match-sealing try.

Won't need to worry about their bleating next year What!. They're going the same way as SA & Vic and won't have any electricity to power their keyboards. That'll be a relief!

Beale had a great game apart from his yellow. Surprisingly his entire game was good, including his defence. Wasps are a very good side. A bunch of English reps and a bunch of Super Rugby vets combine to make a top quality outfit. 10 Cipriani 11 Halai 12 Beale 13 Daly 14 Wade 15 le Roux Would be an exciting backline to watch if a little defensively weak.

See, Beale played for NSW qnd thats why the pathetic 'QLD first' comments start. Poor QLDers. They think everyone is biased for a state like they are but its just a projection caused by their own bias for QLD. They wonder why others dont think all QLDers should be selected and when the selectors dont select QLDers first they cry foul. "Theyre biased!" They cry. No...only you guys are and thats where the fault lies.

Launchbury scored because of the line Beale ran attracting 2 defenders. He was very good. They both were. Beale stood out.

Cooper should be 10 in 2017. Hands down better than foley. Kerevi should be in the centres. Hunt at fullback.

Looks like he's put on a bit of bulk! Would be great to have him back at 12 next year if Foley is 10, or fullback if Cooper is 10.
