Antonio Conte’s men showed their classed by beating Middlesbrough 3-0 on Monday night, and another performance of that calibre would secure Conte’s first EPL title.
Tony Pulis praised Conte and Chelsea ahead of the clash, he said “We’re doing our damnedest to make it a competitive game and a good game. I don’t think Antonio Conte will expect anything different.
“You’ve got to give Antonio and the players great credit for having a chance of lifting the double. They deserve to be where they are.”
Antonio Conte wants his team to be ready for today’s game, he said: “To arrive at this moment, with this great opportunity, we worked very hard for the whole season and now it’s important to be ready and try to take this step and then to celebrate together.”
“It is logical when you start work in a new club for the will to be to continue to work and try to improve your work in many years, and for sure this is my will.”

West Brom have Hal Robson-Kanu in their squad for the Chelsea game after returning from injury. However Matt Phillips is still injured.

Chelsea are the EPL Champions Chelsea have been crowned Champions of the EPL after a 1-0 win against West Brom. The result gives Antonio Conte his first EPL title and his first silverware in English football. Its Chelsea 5th EPL title and their second in the last three years. Michy Batshuayi got the vital goal after 82 minutes to seal the title for Chelsea. The result was all that matter today ,as Chelsea dominated the game but struggled to break down a resolute West Brom Side. Chelsea started well when Cesc Fabregas played in Pedro on the edge of West Brom’s box , but Pedro turned and fired just over, after nine minutes. Pedro had a another chance in the 16th minute when Fabregas passed off a short free kick to the winger , but his effort was deflected wide.Chelsea continued to press , but could not break down West Brom. Chelsea continued to press in the second half and in the 53rd minute , Hazard came close to making it 1-0 Chelsea. When he rounded the keeper and passed the ball across the box and the ball deflected off Chris Brunt and was heading in , but Johnny Evans managed to scramble the ball clear. West Brom's best chance came in the 70th minute when Rondon went clean through on goal , but Courtois did well to block the shot with his legs. Finally Chelsea got the goal in the 82nd minute , through substitute Michy Batshuayi when he got on the end of César Azpilicueta cross and diverted the ball past Ben Foster. The victory for Chelsea saw them crowned EPL Champions.
