The Melbourne Storm are the 2017 NRL Premiers after defeating the North Queensland Cowboys 34-6 in the 2017 NRL Grand Final at ANZ Stadium on Sunday 1 October.

The Storm scored three unanswered tries in the opening half to take the game away from their opponents in the first half.
The Cowboys scored their only try of the game at the start of the second half, but the Storm scored three more to close out the game for a 28-point win.
Josh Addo-Carr scored two for Melbourne, with their four other tries coming from Felise Kaufusi, Billy Slater, Dale Finucane and Curtis Scott.
Te Maire Martin scored North Queensland’s only try of the match.
