The first quarter of the 2018 season is done and dusted, and there will be plenty of changes across the NRL ahead of Round 7. Join The Roar for live coverage of team list Tuesday from 3:30pm (AEST).

The Cronulla Sharks appear to have been hardest hit last week, with forwards Andrew Fifita and Paul Gallen both succumbing to injuries.

While Fifita’s isn’t as bad as first thought, Gallen is likely to miss ten weeks or more, while Fifita may only be out for a month. Wade Graham also joins the duo on the sideline for a month, with the Sharks set for a major shake-up in the forwards, to go with obvious changes needed on their left edge after a 40-20 thumping at the hands of the Dragons, who remain injury-free.

The news Matt Gillett has been playing with a fractured neck came as a shock. He didn’t play last week after being excluded late in the piece, and in a big blow for the Broncos, the Queensland second rower is expected to miss eight to twelve weeks.

The Penrith Panthers are also going to struggle to replace a star, with Josh Mansour copping a fractured cheekbone.

It happened when Titans winger Anthony Don ran through to take a high ball, accidentally kneeing Mansour in the head. He is expected to miss six weeks.

Solomone Kata is also likely to miss some time for the Warriors after picking up a high ankle sprain.

Still on the Warriors, and Leivaha Pulu is likely to be out for an extended period with a similar injury, while all of Nathan Peats, Matthew Lodge, Jai Arrow, Luke Lewis and Sio Siua Taukeiaho are listed as possible players this week, the former four picking up minor niggling injuries last week and Taukeiaho being cleared of needing surgery to his knee.
