Canterbury coach Dean Pay has been slugged with a $25,000 fine for his post-match spray at the NRL referees last week.
Pay pointed the finger at the whistleblowers following their controversial loss to Brisbane on Thursday, hinting at a conspiracy against them.
The NRL said that Pay had impugned the integrity and performance of the referees and went beyond the acceptable parameters.
