It’s funny how the Swans are playing yet another team out of the top eight at home, yet their track record is one win and four losses.

Is anyone smelling another upset or will the Swans finally stop breaking tipsters’ hearts when they’re the tipped favourite at home to win? While Friday’s thriller win stunned the Hawks thanks to the Ronke’s (Ben Ronke) seven-goal haul and ten tackles, they just need to replicate what they do on the road at home.

In other words, find more goal kickers. Across the desert, Fremantle’s Nat Fyfe is in Brownlow form and is mostly expected a tag from George Hewett from the opening bounce. The serious contest will be Callum Sinclair versus Aaron Sandilands as whoever can utilise the hit-outs will probably be in the winner’s circle.

So will the Swans finally put their SCG fever to bed or will Fremantle drop the anchor down? Only time will tell.

The three keys to the game
1. Over the years, there has been Swans supremacy at the SCG against Fremantle by winning 12 of the last 16 including one draw. Last time Freo won at the ground was Round 17, 2011. While this has been great, this year has turned the tables as won all four matches on the road while Freo have won three out of four from interstate trips.

2. Sydney is the highest clearance team in the comp this season averaging 40.6 a game, whereas Fremantle are ranked 11th.

3. While this is the 34th clash between the clubs, Sydney holds a narrow advantage of 18 to 14 with one draw. Funny fact, during 1992-1993, Sydney went on a 30 game losing streak which is still held as the longest in the game’s history.

It’s crunch time for…
200 gamers (Josh Kennedy and Nick Smith). While both have had their great moments, there will be no greater time to shine on that day against the Dockers. Should they win, we can finally trust them when tipping and there will be no more heartbreak.

Prediction
Sydney Swans by 37 points.
