How to watch Liverpool vs Real Madrid online or on TV in Australia: Champions League final live stream

The Champions League is the biggest club football competition in Europe, and Liverpool and Real Madrid are set to clash for the right to be crowned champions. This is The Roar‘s guide to streaming the UCL final online and watching it on TV.

The final is set to be played at the Olimpiyskiy National Sports Complex in Kiev, Ukraine, with kick-off set for Sunday, May 27 at 4:45am (AEST).

Real Madrid qualified for the final after beating Bayern Munich 4-3 on aggregate during the two-legged semi-final, while Liverpool got the better of Roma in a high scoring thriller, with the final score after two games reading 7-6.

How to watch the Champions League final on TV

There are two ways to watch the final on TV in Australia.

The first of those is to tune into BeIN Sports, which is available on Foxtel. Their coverage will be broadcast on BeIN Sports 1 from 4am (AEST).

To watch the coverage on Foxtel, you will need to have a valid Foxtel TV subscription, complete with the sports package.

The other way to watch the Champions League final is through free-to-air broadcaster SBS, who have rights to the game. Their coverage will also start at 4am (AEST).

How to live stream Champions League final online

With the match being broadcast by two different channels, you’ll have a number of live streaming options for the UCL final.

The first option is to use Foxtel. By using one of their streaming applications – the Foxtel App or Foxtel Now, you’ll be able to tune into BeIN’s coverage.

The Foxtel App is the better option if you already have access to Foxtel TV, as it’ll be free to use and download, while Foxtel Now is better if you only want to stream, with packages including sport starting from $39 per month.

The match will also be available through BeIN’s own digital offering, BeIN Sports Connect, and Fetch TV on Optus.

If you want to watch the coverage available on SBS, you will need to use their World Game website or app of the same name, available on both the Apple and Google Play stores.
