The 2018 FIFA World Cup is upon us once again and, because we know you won’t want to miss a second of the action, we’ve put together a helpful PDF of the schedule, complete with broadcast details for every fixture and all matches listed in Australian time (AEST).
Thirty-two of the world’s best teams head to Russia to fight it out for the title of world champion, the first match kicking off at 1am (AEST) on Friday, June 15 and the final to be held on Monday, July 16, again starting at 1am.
Optus and SBS will share the broadcast rights for the tournament, SBS giving up their exclusive rights in order to televise one English Premier League game per week.
As such, Optus will show every match of the 2018 World Cup via a number of channels, while SBS will show 25 of the 64 matches on TV and online.
For full broadcast details, you can head to our World Cup live stream and TV guide information pages, but we’ve also listed the broadcaster for every individual game on the PDF – although there are a few matches to be shown on SBS that haven’t been announced yet. You’ll just have to keep it locked on The Roar during the tournament to find out what those exact matches are.
And don’t forget to keep checking back into The Roar every day of Russia 2018 for all the best live coverage, commentary, expert reaction, tips and predictions and video highlights of every World Cup match.
And if you want to add to that coverage, be sure to chime in with a comment or ten on our articles and join the discussion, or even write a Roar of the crowd article of your own and see yourself featured alongside our list of football experts.
