The penultimate weekend of the Gfinity Elite Series regular season concluded on Sunday, with Rocket League and Street Fighter V esports action taking place Gfinity Hoyts Esports Arena.
Stirling Coates’ said in his preview article that we’d have three splits, with the Chiefs, Order and Roar getting the nod in Rocket League, while Avant, Ground Zero and the Deceptors were tipped to win in Street Fighter.
He got the Chiefs-Avant and Roar-Deceptors splits spot on, but got Order-Ground Zero the wrong way around in what proved to be another entertaining day of esports action.

1:00pm: After a slow start, Sydney Roar fire up! But they still need to win the last two games if they’re to have any hope of taking the match.
Talk about a turn around as @SYDRoarSports take the support from the crowd, the fire from their first two losses to absolutely decimate @BNEDeceptors in Game Three with a 5 – 2 victory.
