The home of football sees a 2017 grand final replay, as the Richmond Tigers take on the Adelaide Crows at the ‘G. Join The Roar for live commentary and scores from 7:50pm (AEST).

Richmond are a seriously great outfit this year. They’re first, with 11 wins, and coming off a comfortable victory against the Swans.

Adelaide were a very good team until this year. They’ve struggled, and while a brilliant win against West Coast last week saw them level their win-loss record at seven apiece, they’re still a fair way off the eight, and a win tonight is almost vital if they’re to play finals.

Of course, these two played in a grand final about nine months ago – you may have heard Richmond won. They also played in Round 2, a clash in which the Crows largely dominated. So, this clash will have a little extra spice to it, you’d think.

Adelaide have lost David Mackay to injury, but regain forward Tom Lynch. As for the Tigers, Reece Conca is out after last week’s horrific leg injury, and Nick Vlasutin to suspension. Callum Moore and Corey Ellis come into the squad.

Prediction
Adelaide are a great team when they get going, but then again Richmond are a great team all the time.

The Crows will challenge the premiers, but the Tigers will win.

Richmond by 18 points
