The Super Netball final will be decided on Sunday, August 26 when the West Coast Fever and Sunshine Coast Lightning meet at Perth Arena at 1pm (AEST). This is The Roar’s guide to watching the finals series online and on TV.
After finishing the regular season in fourth position, few gave the Lightning any chance of claiming back-to-back titles.
However, Noeline Taurua’s side have given themselves the perfect opportunity to do just that after upsetting the Queensland Firebirds and GIANTS Netball on the way to this Sunday’s decider.
The Fever have had a far more settled journey towards this week’s final, having secured their spot courtesy of a semi-final victory over the Giants.
While West Coast won both of the meetings between the two teams this year, both games were decided by just one point.
The only place you can catch the 2018 Super Netball final is on the free-to-air broadcaster Channel Nine.
The games can be viewed in both high and standard definition on Channels 90 and 91 respectively.
Foxtel subscribers have the same options on Channels 209 and 100.
Coverage is scheduled to begin at 1pm (AEST) and will wrap up at approximately 3:30pm.
Make sure to check your local guide for the kick-off time expected in your area.
There are three different options for streaming the finals series online.
The first is available via Channel Nine’s streaming application 9Now.
You can download it from Google Play and the Apple Store. Both the app and website is free to use, although you will need to register an account with a valid email to gain full access to the service.
