The Norwood Redlegs will be gunning for a 31st premiership when they take on the North Adelaide Roosters, who controversially made the grand final despite narrowly beating the Eagles with an extra player on the field. This is The Roar‘s guide to streaming the decider online and watching it on TV.

The grand final will begin at 3:30pm (ACST) on Sunday, September 23, and will take place at the Adelaide Oval.

How to watch the SANFL grand final on TV

The only way you’ll be able to watch the SANFL grand final on TV is if you’re in South Australia. Channel 7 will be showing the match live, with coverage starting from 2:30pm (ACST), however, this coverage will not be available in other states.

To watch the match on TV, you will want to stream into Channel 7 from 3pm (AEST) where they will be previewing the grand final.

Channel 7 is on Channel 70 (HD) and Channel 71 (SD), or 207 (HD) and 107 (SD) if you are watching through Foxtel.

How to live stream the SANFL grand final online

Unlike the VFL and WAFL grand finals, you will be able to stream the SANFL grand final outside of its home state with a SANFL Digital Pass. While a subscription fee is required, it’s your only (easy and legal) option to stream the game from outside South Australia.

7Plus – Channel Seven’s free streaming app – will allow you to stream the game for free, however, as 7Plus only mirrors your Channel Seven broadcast by default, setting this up to show Seven’s South Australian feed will likely prove difficult if you don’t live there.

If you do live in South Australia, however, you can simply download the 7Plus app on your mobile, tablet or laptop and stream the game for free.

As always, The Roar will have you covered with a live blog, so be sure to tune in for all the coverage of the match from 4:00pm (AEST).
