The Casey Demons and Box Hill Hawks will fight it out for the right to be crowned VFL champions for the 2018 season. This is The Roar‘s guide to streaming the decider online and watching it on TV.
The grand final is set to be played at Etihad Stadium on Sunday, September 23 with the first bounce scheduled for 3:20pm (AEST).

If you are looking to watch the decider between the Demons and Hawks on TV, you will need to be in Victoria. The match won’t be shown outside the state, just like other regional grand finals in South Australia and WA won’t be shown outside of their respective states.
To watch the match on TV, you will want to stream into Channel 7 from 3pm (AEST) where they will be previewing the grand final.
Channel 7 can be found at Channel 70 in high definition and Channel 71 in standard definition, while those numbers are 207 and 107 respectively if you are watching through a Foxtel service.
Fox Footy will not be broadcasting the match either, making your only option the Seven Network.
If you are looking to stream the grand final from within Victoria, you will be able to through Channel 7’s streaming application.
This is known as 7Plus and is available on whichever device you may own – whether it be a laptop, tablet or mobile.
This stream will be available for free, with the application able to be downloaded from the Google Play or Apple store.
If you are looking to stream from outside the state, things will be problematic. Unfortunately, the VFL don’t have a streaming set-up for their league, meaning the match won’t be viewable outside of Victoria.

Well , good and no damn good. VFL Women's Grand Final streamed in NSW where i am , but VFL Men's Grand Final isn't . Glad the women's game streamed (and that the Hawks won ) but disappointed and somewhat angry the men's game not available outside Victoria.
