The NRL stat that isn't one, but should be: Working out which forwards really pull their weight
Who are the hardest working big men in the NRL?
The NRL grand final is upon us, and as with any big game in the NRL, the question on everyone’s lips regards kick-off time. Or more accurately, what time will the game actually get underway?
UPDATE: The 2018 NRL Grand Final kicked off at 7:34pm AEST.

Previous: State of Origin’s typically late kick-offs (and by late, we mean well after the scheduled time), brought a new game with it. Kick-off bingo. Take a guess, a wild stab in the dark and the winner is whoever gets the closest.
The grand final hasn’t been immune to the late start either.
Last year was an absolute trainwreck for the NRL. While the game between the Melbourne Storm and North Queensland Cowboys was due to begin at 7:15pm (AEST), it didn’t get underway until almost 20 minutes later.
While it was reported earlier in the day kick-off was going to be delayed, it was still an embarrassing look for the code that the decider was delayed by so much time.
This year, the advertised time is 7:20pm (AEST), so while the NRL has given themselves some grace, we still aren’t confident it will actually get underway that early.
That is where you come in! As Roarers, you can tell us what time the grand final is going to kick-off by using the form below and we will have the most popular results before the scheduled time for the start published here.
And while we are it, yes, you can pick any time on the clock. As funny as it might seem to pick 10:31pm or 3:52am tomorrow morning, please don’t. Something more realistic would be beneficial here.
