The Australian Diamonds will be looking to claim their sixth Constellation Cup in a row when they face off with the New Zealand Silver Ferns in a four-game series.
The ninth edition of the tournament will begin on Sunday, October 7 at 1pm (AEDT), with four matches set to be played over an 11-day period.
The Diamonds have dominated this rivalry, winning seven of the eight series that have been played and 23 of the 32 matches overall. They’ve taken out the last five series, including a decisive 4-0 sweep in last year’s series.
Will you can never take any fixture between these Trans-Tasman rivals lightly, Australia are very heavy favourites to take this series out again in 2018.

The entire Constellation Cup will available on free-to-air TV in Australia, through Channel Nine. They’ll have live coverage of all four matches, although there will be little in the way of pre-game and post-game coverage, with the telecast scheduled to start pretty much exactly when the match does each time.
While the official broadcast guide does specify which matches will be on Nine and which matches will be on GEM, make sure to confirm this with your local listings – especially if you don’t live in the Eastern timezones.
You’ll have two methods of live streaming the series if you’d prefer to watch the netball online.
The best method is to use the Netball Live app, which costs $29.99 a year and also grants you access to all Australian Test matches and Super Netball games. If you have a Telstra mobile plan, you may be eligible to receive this service for free.
You can also catch Nine’s broadcast of the series via their free streaming application, 9Now. While 9now does not require a subscription fee, it does require you to set up an account with a valid email.

Just paid to attend and watch game one of the Constellation Cup. Returned home to watch it on 9now because channel 9 broadcasted it live. Soooo disappointed that it is not on the 9now app. Hope it shows up but really it ought to be there over an hour after the game has finished. It is outrageous to have to buy a netball app. The cost to take children to the game is already too expensive for many families. This has been a below standard experience Channel 9. Lesson - tape it! Don't rely on 9Now.
