Andrew Bogut will begin his NBL career as a member of the Sydney Kings when the host the Adelaide 36ers during Round 1 of the season. This is The Roar‘s guide to streaming the match online and watching it on TV.
Bogut is one of Australia’s best ever basketball players. Drafted at No.1 in the NBA draft, he has had a long and successful career across multiple clubs and after a string of injuries, decided to return home to finish his career with the Kings.
Bogut’s addition is one of the biggest the league has ever seen, and there is plenty of interest around his first games for the club.
The match will be broadcast on both Fox Sports and 9Gem.
Fox Sports will broadcast every game of the season and their coverage of this match will begin at 2:30pm (AEDT). To watch the coverage on Channel 503, you will need to have a valid Foxtel TV subscription.
If you want to watch the match on free-to-air TV, you can do so through Channel 9, who will broadcast the match on 9Gem, which can be found on Channel 92.
If you are looking to stream the match online, you will be wanting to use either Foxtel’s dedicated streaming applications or Nine’s service.
Foxtel have two options, depending on your circumstances. The first of those is the Foxtel App, which is the better one to use if you already have a TV subscription. Foxtel Now is the option if you only want to stream Foxtel channels.
Nine will also stream the action through 9Now. To use this, you will need a valid email address and login, however, it’s free.
The third option is NBL.TV, which will broadcast every game of the season. There is a subscription fee to the service though.
