The New Zealand Kiwis and Australian Kangaroos will clash in a rejuvenated end-of-year Test in Auckland. This is The Roar‘s guide to streaming the match online and watching it on TV.
Scheduled to kick-off at 5:45pm (AEST) on Saturday, October 13, the match will be held at Auckland’s Mount Smart Stadium, with New Zealand having the home-ground advantage this year.
The match between the Trans-Tasman rivals was previously played on the representative round near Anzac Day, however, they have moved it to the end of the season this year with State of Origin and a Test in Denver between the Kiwis and England replacing it.
Like most of the NRL season with the exception of State of Origin and the grand final, this match will be available on both free-to-air TV and Foxtel.
It will be broadcast by Fox League, which can be found at Channel 502 on Foxtel. The coverage of this match will start at the conclusion of the Jillaroos versus Ferns women’s match which will conclude before it.
To watch the Foxtel coverage, you will need to have a valid Foxtel TV subscription.
If you are looking to watch through the Nine Network, you can do so on Channel 90 in high definition and 91 in standard definition (209 and 100 on Foxtel). Their coverage begins at 5:30pm (AEDT) following the news.
The match can also be streamed in a couple of different ways.
The first of those is through Foxtel’s streaming services. The first is Foxtel Now, which is better to use if you only want to stream Foxtel. The Foxtel App, on the other hand, is better to use if you already have a valid login for the TV version.
The other way to stream the action will be through 9Now, which is also free to use and download from the app or play store.
Here at The Roar, we will also be covering the match with a live blog and highlights of all the action.
