Three meetings have been set down for Tuesday racing, where I think there is value to be had.

Here are my five plays for the afternoon.

Bet One – Parlay 3, 4 – Quirindi R1 No 2 Win/R2 No 3 Win/R4 No 12 Win/R5 No 6 Place
Something different but I think there is value in it. Kris Lees has a strong hand early in the shape of Wisama and Resinite, both of which I think can win. Cameron Crockett has Regal Cannon, who has teased to win but I think up to the mile, he gets his chance.

Princess Pattern is racing well for Paul Perry and I think she can run top three.

Bet: $20 = $100 Cost (Tote)

Bet Two – Win – Queanbeyan Race Two Number 9 Reign Over Me
The Joseph/Jones team trains this mare and I think barring bad luck she’s the winner. Comes out of a hot maiden first up, a race which has produced three winners. She then ran on Cup Day at Canberra and just missed out on the win. Depth clearly nowhere near as strong…anything over black figures will do me.

Bet: $50 Win at $2.1 (Bet365)

Bet Three – Each Way – Hamilton Race One Number 10 Rather Sulubrious
Tricky maiden to start the day but I think she’s the one who represents value. Daughter of Highly Recommended on debut for the Paul Preusker team who trialled up a couple of weeks back at Naracoorte and though pushed out did respond and went well enough to my eye.

I think she’s worth a ticket each way.

Bet: $15 Win/$25 Place at $6.5 (Bet365 Win, Tote Place)

Bet Four – Win – Hamilton Race Two Number 6 Garbo
I’m happy to butter up on him. This colt is over three weeks between runs since racing over the Bendigo mile where he just did too much work in the run and couldn’t finish off when midfield behind Lorenzetti.

I’m scared of the Francis Finnegan first starter, so I think back both and you can’t go wrong in this race.

Bet: $25 Win Garbo, $15 Win Ashara (Tote)

Bet Five – Win – Hamilton Race Three Number 9 Yankee Sang
I think she’ll win but even money is too short. I think take the tote and you’ll get better. She’s a real one batter for Darren Weir but she’ll keep whacking away, which is what she did last time at Geelong over 2400m when a well held second to Lord Gladstone but stuck on.

The maiden races she has contested have been far stronger than that of her rivals here. Just wins for mine.
