How to live stream Australia vs India T20 series online: Australian men's cricket team live stream, TV guide

By The Roar / Editor

Australia will look to turn around a stuttering form line and get the summer of cricket back on track when they take on India in a three-match T20 series. This is The Roar‘s guide to live streaming the matches online, or watching them on TV.

India have a long summer ahead down under, playing three T20s, three ODIs and four Tests to round it all off.

The first T20 is scheduled for the Gabba in Brisbane at 6:50pm (AEDT) on Wednesday, November 21. The other two matches will also start at 6:50pm (AEDT) on Friday, November 23 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground and Sunday, November 25 at the Sydney Cricket Ground respectively.

India are one of the best T20 teams in the world, so this will be a tough battle for the Aussies, who come into the series having lost an ODI series and their only T20 against South Africa.

How to watch the series on TV

The series will be broadcast exclusively on Fox Sports. Under Cricket Australia’s new TV deal, all men’s short-form international cricket will be shown on Foxtel from this summer.

The matches will also begin their coverage at 6:15pm (AEDT) on Fox Cricket, which can be found on Channel 501.

To watch Fox Sports on TV, you will need to have a valid Foxtel TV subscription, complete with the sports package of channels.

How to live stream the series online

There are plenty of options if you want to watch the T20 series between Australia and India online.

As per normal, you can tune in through either of Foxtel’s dedicated streaming applications. If you already have a TV subscription, then you’ll want to use the Foxtel App, while if you want to only stream Foxtel’s channels, you’ll want to be going through Foxtel Now.

However, an exciting new option exists for sports fans, with the launch of Kayo Sports. This if Foxtel’s new streaming option to only get their sports channels, with pricing starting from $25 per month.

Kayo Sports also has a two-week free trial before you have to outlay any cost.

Here at The Roar, we will also cover the match with a ball-by-ball live blog and highlights of all the big moments so you won’t miss any of the action in Brisbane.

I am boycotting all cricket this year. I have never in the past 40 years not been able to watch the Australian team play in all forms of cricket on free to air tv. This is a disgrace and will mean less interest in Australian cricket and inevitable participation. I think I will watch tennis, golf, motor sport, netball, basketball or rewatch the afl games. Cricket Australia you are out of touch with your supporter base.

I completely agree with Jonno.Until all Australia's international games are free-to-air, cricket in Australia will continue to lose popularity. Cricket Australia are clueless. The whole way they have handled the ball-tampering controversy, and now this terrible deal with Foxtel and Channel Seven.Have they learned nothing from rugby? Make it free and people will watch.

Alway. Foxtel, then you say free to air, but need to pay for that too... get at all us over 60’s, don’t have money for Foxtel or Mayo sports, so we miss it all.... again so sad. Was one of the enjoyments to watch the Aussie play cricket for my husband.

This is more damaging to Aussie Cricket then ball tampering. I hope CA have sacked and/or suspended those involved in this deal selling out Aussie fans. As for Seven Sport always been second rate and this just shows their commitment to Aussie sport. Bring back NINE! I think I need to find a new summer sport to watch!!!!

I don't believe so - Kayo Sports will be your best bet unfortunately. Test matches will be on Seven for the next six years.
