The Socceroos will go up against Syria in their final groups match of the 2019 Asian Cup, knowing that a good performance is needed to make it through to the elimination stage.

Want to watch the match, but you’re not sure when it’s on? Don’t worry, we’ve got the start time for you wherever in Australia you are.

Unlike Australia’s previous two matches which have both started at 10pm AEDT, this one kicks off a bit later which won’t be ideal for Aussie audiences on a weeknight.

The match against Syria begins at 12:30am AEDT on Wednesday January 16. You’ll want to either stay up late on Tuesday night, or wake up very early on Wednesday morning.

So, if you’re in New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania or the ACT, then the match will kick off for you at 12:30am (AEDT).

If you’re in South Australia, the match will kick off at 12am midnight (ACDT).

If you’re in Queensland, the match will kick off at 11:30pm (AEST), and it’ll still be Tuesday January 15.

If you’re in the Northern Territory, the match will kick off at 11pm (ACST).
