The key moments of NRL Round 6.

* Quote of the Round: “I don’t know. I don’t think anyone knows.” – Manly coach Des Hasler’s response when asked his understanding of the escort rule. The NRL later admitted the Sea Eagles were wrong not to receive a penalty on the last play of their 12-10 loss to St George Illawarra when winger Reuben Garrick was taken off the ball.

* Stat that Matters: Melbourne and the Roosters are tied at the top of the ladder on wins, points and for-and-against, with the Storm only on top on percentages.

* Magic Moment: Latrell Mitchell’s golden point field goal to win the grand final match for the Roosters against Melbourne was a cracker. Not only did he nail it from 40 metres out and to the left of the posts, but his teammates also set up the perfect decoy with Cooper Cronk in position and feigning to take the ball to put off defenders.

* Talking Point: Can Parramatta’s new stadium spark Sydney’s crowds? A record 29,047 packed into Bankwest Stadium for the ground’s opening on Easter Monday.

* Man of the Round: Mitchell Moses kicked off Bankwest Stadium’s opening in style. The Parramatta half scored the first try at the new ground then set up three others in the Eels’ 51-6 win over the Wests Tigers.

* Judiciary Watch: Sea Eagles – Brad Parker (tripping); Storm – Nelson Asofa-Solomona (contrary conduct); Briton Nikora (dangerous contact).

* Casualty Ward: Panthers – Dean Whare (hamstring); Bulldogs – Nick Meaney (finger); Roosters – Luke Keary (concussion), Sio Siua Taukeiaho (back); Warriors – David Fusitu’a (ribs); Titans – Ryan James (knee), Kevin Proctor (hip/quad), Keegan Hipgrave (back), Tigers – Robbie Farah (concussion); Eels – Daniel Alvaro (concussion).

* Under Pressure: Newcastle coach Nathan Brown is facing increasing scrutiny after the Knights’ fifth straight loss and 10th in 12 games overall.
