With State of Origin Game 1 taking place on Wednesday, it means NRL Round 12 is the first compromised weekend of the season.
Only four matches are on the menu this weekend, but almost all of the eight teams participating have been hit hard by Origin selection.
South Sydney and Canberra, in particular, have had to forfeit a bevy of players ahead of their matches against Parramatta and Canterbury, respectively.
