The Raptors had to put their bodies on the line as they picked up their second consecutive win of the NBA Finals away from home.

Guard Fred VanVleet was forced to leave Game 4 of the series in the fourth quarter with blood streaming down his face after copping an accidental elbow from Golden State’s Shaun Livingston.

However after he was sent to the locker room, the ESPN broadcast spotted what he’d left appeared to have left behind – a tooth on the court.

“You’d think they would have looked for it!” commentator Jeff Van Gundy said in disbelief.

ESPN’s Doris Burke reported VanVleet required seven stitches after the incident.

Kawhi Leonard would again star for the Raptors with 36 points and 11 rebounds.

The Warriors are facing an uphill battle to extend their run of NBA championships to three in-a-row, staring down the barrel of a 1-3 scoreline ahead of the series return to Toronto for Game 5.
