The straight knock-out clash between the Brumbies and Sharks will kick-off at 8:05pm (AEST) on Saturday June 22 with the game to be played at GIO Stadium in Canberra.
The Brumbies won home ground advantage for the finals after topping the Australian conference at the end of the regular season, but are the only Aussie franchise to make the final eight.
The Sharks scrapped into the finals and face an uphill battle all the way through the playoffs if they are to make the decider or win the competition.
The winner of this game will take on the winner of the Jaguares and Chiefs.
