How to watch Randwick vs Argentina online or on TV: Rugby World Cup warm-up live stream, TV guide

By The Roar / Editor

On a historic day for Sydney club rugby, Randwick will play host to Argentina at Coogee Oval. This is The Roar’s guide to live streaming the match online, or watching it on TV.

While it was originally unconfirmed whether the match would be televised or not, it has been recently picked up, with kick-off locked in for 2:30pm (AEST) on Saturday, September 7.

This has been purposely picked so as to allow a massive day of rugby union, starting with New Zealand vs Tonga, then going through this match, the NRC and concluding with the Wallabies and Samoa in September.

Argentina, when picking Randwick as their destination for a match, talked about cutting the long trip to Japan in half as a key reason why, and they are likely to get a good test from the galloping greens, who will have some international experience in their side.

How to watch the match on TV

As mentioned, this match was picked up late in the piece, with Fox Sports agreeing to broadcast from Coogee Oval on what will be a huge day for Randwick, who lasted hosted an international team in 1988 when the All Blacks stepped out at Coogee.

Fox Sports will begin their coverage immediately following the conclusion of New Zealand and Tonga, which starts at 12:35pm (AEST) across the ditch.

To watch the Fox Sports coverage, which will run until shortly after the final siren, you’ll need to have a valid Foxtel TV subscription, complete with the sports package.
