The Subiaco Lions and South Fremantle Bulldogs will clash in the 2019 WAFL grand final. This is The Roar’s guide to live streaming the match online, or watching it on TV.

The match is scheduled to get underway with the first bounce at 2:40pm (local time) – for those of you tuning in on the east coast of Australia, that’s 4:40pm (AEST). It will be held at Optus Stadium in Perth, on Sunday, September 22.

The match is expected to take just over two and a half hours, meaning it should conclude at around 5:15pm (local time).

At the end of the regular season, the two teams were in the top two spots on the table, so this is the expected grand final.

How to watch the match on TV

To watch the WAFL grand final, you’ll need to be in the state of Western Australia.

There, Channel 7 are the official broadcaster of the competition and will broadcast the final from 2:30pm (AEST).

Their coverage will be available on their main channel, which is Channel 70 in high definition, 71 in standard definition or 107 if watching through a Foxtel service.

Fox Footy aren’t broadcasting the match, so it won’t be available nationally on TV.

How to live stream the match online

If you want to live stream the match, then the only way to do it is through 7Plus, who are the official streaming service of Channel 7.

Unfortunately, just like on TV, you won’t be able to access the stream from outside the state of Western Australia, with the 7Plus app and website automatically setting to your location.

The WAFL grand final will, however, also be covered here on The Roar where we will have live scores, a blog and highlights of all the action from 4:25pm (AEST).
