The Wallabies and England will put their Rugby World Cup dreams on the line in Oita on Saturday as they face off in the first quarter-final of the tournament after a tough battle through the group stages. This is The Roar’s guide to live streaming the match online, or watching it on TV.

The match which will determine who out of Australia and England will stay alive in the showpiece tournament on the rugby calendar will be played at the Oita Stadium, with kick-off scheduled for 3:15pm (AEDT) on Saturday, October 19.

The Wallabies have qualified for the quarter-finals, but will still have a loss during the group stage to Wales in the back of their mind, while their last game was also far from high standard as they beat Georgia.

While the Australian side will admit they have a lot to improve on, talk won’t do much heading into this crucial clash with England, who are trying to make amends for four years ago when they crashed out at the pool stage on home soil.

They have been perfect during the group stage of the tournament, rolling through Pool B without dropping a game, only being stopped from a perfect record by Japan’s weather.

How to watch the match on TV in Australia

There will be two ways to watch this quarter-final of the Rugby World Cup in Australia, with both pay and free to air TV covering the contest, as has been the case for all of the Wallabies matches throughout the tournament.

Fox Sports, who broadcast every match of the tournament, will begin their coverage at 5:15pm (AEDT), following the conclusion of the first National Rugby Championship semi-final between the Western Force and Brisbane City. This will be available on Channel 503.

To watch the coverage on Fox Sports, you will need to ensure you have access to a valid Foxtel TV subscription, complete with the sports package.

The second way to watch the match is through Channel Ten, who will broadcast the match on their main channel from 5:50pm (AEDT).

How to live stream the match online in Australia

If you’d prefer to live stream the Wallabies final eight match at the World Cup, then there are plenty of ways to do so.

Again, the best option is to use the Fox Sports coverage, as this will also give you access to the other matches this weekend. The best way to do this is through Kayo Sports, which is a sports streaming platform costing $25 per month.

Otherwise, you can also use the traditional Foxtel applications, being Foxtel Now, or, for those already with a TV subscription and valid login details, the Foxtel App.

The other option is to use the Channel 10 coverage through TenPlay.
