The Australian Kangaroos will play their second and final end of year Rugby League Test as the Oceania Cup goes on the line when they take on Tonga in Auckland as part of a huge international rugby league triple-header on Saturday.

Kick-off in the match, which should see plenty of passion for the national jumper on both sides, is scheduled for Saturday, November 2 at 5:40pm (AEDT), with Eden Park in Auckland the venue for the contest.

This match will follow matches earlier in the day between Samoa and Fiji, and New Zealand and Great Britain, who play the first of what should be an exciting two-Test series, with the return of the Lions for the first time in over a decade marking the occasion.

Tonga, who have been having disputes with their board, still have an exceptionally strong team though, with players like Andrew Fifita and Jason Taumalolo leading the way in the forwards, and if Australia aren’t on their game for the entire 80 minutes, then a firey upset could await in the final wash-up of the game.

The men in green and gold come into the match following an uninspiring victory over New Zealand in Wollongong last Friday night, while the Tongans got the better of the Lions in their first tour match.
