What the AFL must sort out by the end of the next decade

With the end of the decade upon us, we’ve been looking at each sport on the Game of Codes podcast to work out where it will be at the end of the next decade. Today, it’s the AFL’s turn.

This decade saw the competition expand from 16 teams to 18 with the introduction of the Gold Coast Suns and the Greater Western Sydney Giants – will both sides still be in the competition at the end of the next decade?

Will this finally be the decade we get a Tasmanian team?

We were joined by Roar AFL expert and editor Stirling Coates on the Game of Codes podcast to look ahead to the end of the next decade and work out where the AFL will be in ten years.
