Latrell Mitchell, Josh Addo-Carr and Nathan Cleary have all been caught not social distancing.

Mitchell and Addo-Carr were caught with firearms and riding dirt bikes without helmets.

They have all taken to social media to apologise but Kangaroos coach Mal Meninga said they cannot be trusted and may not get picked for Australia.

Brad Fittler is seriously considering not picking the caught trio for the NSW Blues side.

Blues fans may think that the loss of Mitchell, Cleary and Addo-Carr will be huge for the Blues but Fittler has a lot of players to fill their places with.

With Nathan Cleary possibly not getting picked for the Blues, here are some candidates.

Mitchell Moses
We haven’t seen Moses play in the Origin arena yet but this could be a great opportunity to go all in on Moses and see how he goes. I always see multiple people on social media call him overrated but he was one of the best halfbacks last year.

Mitchell Pearce
Last year in Game 3 of Origin, Nathan Cleary was ruled out injured and Pearce was brought in for the decider. Pearce finally got his series win after a brutal decade of domination from the Maroons.

Luke Keary
He played a big part in the Roosters’ back-to-back premierships and can really prove that he can handle the big stage and his 2018 grand final performance proves that. The Roosters have no Cooper Cronk or Mitchell this year and are currently 0-2 in 2020. This could really damage his chance to get a call-up.

Meanwhile, with the possibility of Mitchell not being picked at the end of the year to play Origin, here’s some replacements.

Tom Trbojevic
We saw last year Trbojevic play centre for the Blues in Game 2 and Game 3 and he scored a hat trick in Game 2 and threw the ball to Blake Ferguson, which got him in the clear to throw the magic ball on the inside to James Tedesco.

James Roberts
With his speed and attacking power, Roberts could be a big must-have if he’s injury-free and has a really good year with the Rabbitohs in 2020. He was a part of the Blues’ 2018 Origin series win but did not play for the Blues in 2019.

With the possibility of Addo-Carr not being picked, here are some replacements for him.

Tom Trbojevic
Trbojevic played on the wing for the Blues in 2018.

Clint Gutherson
Gutherson could make his Origin debut this year if he has a good year with the Eels and could make a very good winger.

Nick Cotric
He played one game for the Blues in 2019 before being dropped after the Blues’ Game 1 loss where Brad Fittler made eight changes and unfortunately Cotric was dropped. He is a very strong player and knows how to score tries when needed.
