The NFL season is well and truly underway, and we are already beginning to write off teams and discover Super Bowl contenders. Week 6 is another packed NFL Sunday, with many games to look forward to, including two teams with identical records facing off in a huge bout.

The Cleveland Browns and New England Patriots have both been riding a rollercoaster so far this season, as they haven’t met their expectations, although they’re certainly not out of it.

After trading Baker Mayfield, the Browns have looked unstable on defence. t=They have the fourth-worst rushing defence. On the other hand, their offence has looked great, scoring 27 points on average and being the fourth-best offence in the league.

New quarterback Jacoby Brissett has been intercepted in all three of Cleveland’s losses. Brissett hasn’t been horrible, ranking as the 19th-best passing QB in the league. Nick Chubb has been the soul of this team, as he has been unbelievable and is the best running back in the league so far. Chubb averages 119 yards per game and has carried Cleveland on his back, as well as being a fantasy football player’s dream.

Mac Jones and the New England Patriots will be trying to string back-to-back wins together after leaving the Lions scoreless last week, which will hopefully gift plenty of momentum after being 1-3 before there match with Detroit.

Despite the Pats being successful in just about every season in the past 20 years, something tells me that playoffs may not be in sight for Bill Belichick’s team this time around. Second-year quarterback Jones is not close to playing his best football at the moment, although there’s still time for him to adjust.

Two weeks ago, New England took on the Packers and were a field goal away from tying the game, although they’ve got to start beating good teams if they want any shot at the playoffs. The Patriots are the fourth-worst team in the league for turnovers conceded, which is an area of their game they must fix up if they wish to place some more wins on the board.

The winner of this game will come down to whoever has a better passing game. The Pats likely took a lot of momentum from last week’s Lions fixture, which is why they will string a couple more wins together, starting against Cleveland.
