The GWS Giants are searching for their third straight win, but they’re up against the undefeated Western Bulldogs at Canberra’s Manuka Oval. Stay up to date with their AFL clash with live scores on The Roar from 7:50pm (AEST).

The wheels looked like they’d fallen off Greater Western Sydney’s Ferrari after three losses to start the season, but they’re back in the hunt after two gutsy wins. The Giants leaders have stood up in a big way over the last fortnight and they’ll need to do again if this match has the same level of spite as recent encounters.

The Bulldogs have been flying all season, however, and look to be the strong premiership favourites at this early stage of the season. The Dogs put Gold Coast to the sword in a 62-point demolition last week, the fourth match of the season they’ve registered more than 20 scoring shots. They’re hunting their first 6-0 start since 1946.

The Dogs claimed a 24-point win to get their spluttering season back on track when these sides met last season. They’ve won two of their last three against GWS, but the Giants had won three in a row before that. The Dogs have won three of five encounters between these sides in Canberra.
