Richmond can keep on track for a final berth when they travel to face a Port Adelaide outfit officially in the last-chance saloon. Join The Roar for live scores and rolling coverage from 7:40pm (AEST).

There is a glimmer of hope coming out of South Australia this week, and the Power’s season is hanging by a thread. Last week they had an impressive first half against Collingwood, but eventually fell away and lost the match by six points.

Ken Hinkley’s future at the club remains up in the air which continues to be a distraction; and along with this, the coach has had to make a couple of changes. Star goalkicker Todd Marshall has been ruled out with COVID and Mitch Georgiades has been dropped due to recent form slump. However, they will welcome back versatile defender, Dan Houston, after recovering from concussion.

Richmond had the comeback of the season last weekend against Brisbane, coming from 40 points down to win by less than a kick. The Tigers are hungry for redemption after a number of disappointing losses this season, including a shock loss to the Kangaroos a few weeks ago.

Damien Hardwick has had to make a number of changes as well this week, including recalling rookie Josh Gibcus to replace an injured Dylan Grimes. Shane Edwards has been managed after playing his 300th game last weekend.

The match-up I am most looking forward to is Charlie Dixon up against Robbie Tarrant. The two veterans are both looking to prove their worth leading into the end of the season.

Prediction

I am tipping Port by 13 points.
