Given there’s an American Pie, it’s a wonder this has taken so long to happen.
Collingwood forward Mason Cox and coach Nathan Buckley made a surprise appearance not only in Dallas for the Cowboys match-up against the Philadelphia Eagles but also on ESPN’s Sportscenter Australia edition.
And while you can’t fault the effort from American hosts Phil Murphy and Mark Brown, the interview isn’t the easiest watch for Aussie rules fans.
Cox was recently the focus of trade speculation after reports emerged that Collingwood were in talks with Essendon about a possible switch, yet discussions were quickly shut down.
